The room and bathroom were both a really good size. The hotel is beside the MECC conference center which was perfect for my weekend. However, if you are not using the conference center I would not recommend this hotel because it is quite far from the city center.
I got locked out of the hotel at 2am. You are suppose to swipe your card to enter but it was raining outside and I was notified afterwards that the machine sometimes does not work in the rain. Therefore, I had to knock on the doors for over 30 minutes before someone came to let me in. Furthermore, the employee who answered the door was very unpleasant and rude. This greatly negatively effected my stay. Also, there are no places around the hotel where you can buy something to eat and the breakfast they offer cost 16 euros and is not very impressive.

Very friendly staff. Convenient location for business and a short 20 minute walk to the old town center.
No cafes for breakfast within close proximity.

The hotel was a good price quality deal. It was clean and efficient, but not worthy of 4 stars in my opinion.

The rooms were very comfortable and all the staff we encountered were very pleasant. The price per night was also very competitive.
I thought that the price for the breakfast was to expensive. At a cost of 16 euro pp it seems a bit excessive and consequently I did not have any breakfast but elected to go into town for a more realistic priced meal.

All in all, it's perfect place that has competent and very helpful staff at the reception desk. It has peaceful location in Maastricht close enough to Maastricht for an official training for 3 weeks in Maastricht School of Management, the lovely patisserie and the Maastricht Randwyck train station.

Convenient location for a conference being held at the MECC in Maastricht, but a bit far from the city centre. If you can figure it out, I guess it's actually around a 15-20 minute walk from downtown Maastricht.
My room smelled like smoke and was not as clean as I would have liked.
